By booking a charter or utilizing our Service, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not accept any part of these terms, you should not use the Service.
2. Service Overview
CommunityInspirationHub provides high-end yacht chartering services such as:
- Yacht rentals for the day
- Evening yacht trips
- Business events
- Exclusive celebrations
- Multi-day yachting adventures
Service availability and weather conditions apply. We hold the authority to alter or cease services without prior notice.
3. Booking and Reservations
3.1 Booking Process
To make a reservation, you are required to:
- Be a legal adult, at least 18 years old
- Submit accurate and thorough personal details
- Pay an upfront deposit as detailed in the reservation confirmation
- Accept these Terms & Conditions
3.2 Confirmation
A confirmed booking is established only after we receive payment and you have our written confirmation. We keep the discretion to deny services to any individual.
3.3 Availability
Charter availability is dependent on the vessel's schedule and appropriate weather conditions. We will make efforts to accommodate your requested dates and timings.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Pricing
All prices are indicated in £ and include relevant taxes unless mentioned otherwise. Prices may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
4.2 Payment Schedule
- Deposit: 50% of the full charter cost is due upon booking
- Remaining balance: Payable 48 hours prior to charter departure
- Any extra charges (if applicable): Payable upon conclusion of the charter
4.3 Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods include major debit/credit cards, bank wire transfers, and certified checks. Payments are processed using secure and encrypted services.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Customer Cancellations
- More than 72 hours before departure: Full reimbursement minus handling fees
- 24-72 hours prior to departure: 50% refund
- Under 24 hours before departure: Non-refundable
5.2 Weather Cancellations
Should our captain judge weather conditions unsafe, we will propose to:
- Reschedule your charter to a subsequent available slot at no extra charge
- Grant a full refund if rescheduling isn't feasible
5.3 Mechanical Failures
In case of technical issues with the designated vessel, we will attempt to offer an equivalent substitute. If there's no substitute obtainable, we'll issue a full refund.
6. Safety and Conduct
6.1 Safety Requirements
All passengers are expected to:
- Adhere to all instructions from the crew
- Use provided safety gear when necessary
- Inform us of any medical conditions impacting their safety
- Stay within the designated areas on the vessel
6.2 Prohibited Items
The following items are not allowed on board:
- Glassware
- Illegal substances
- Weapons of any sort
- Non-approved animals (unless previously agreed upon)
6.3 Conduct
Guests must behave in an orderly and respectful fashion. Should a passenger's conduct become a safety concern or hinder the enjoyment of others, we reserve the right to end the charter prematurely without refund.
7. Liability and Insurance
7.1 Our Liability
Our liability is confined to the paid amount for your charter. We are not accountable for:
- Personal injuries sustained due to the passenger's own negligence
- Loss or damage to personal possessions
- Indirect, incidental, or punitive damages
- Delays resulting from weather or other factors outside our control
7.2 Insurance Coverage
Our comprehensive marine insurance covers our fleet and operations. It is up to our passengers to arrange their own travel and personal insurance policies.
7.3 Assumption of Risk
By partaking in our charter services, you acknowledge the innate risks of maritime activities and accept personal responsibility for your safety and well-being.
8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes
Alterations to itineraries, paths, or schedules may become necessary due to weather, safety concerns, or operational demands. We aim to provide alternative experiences of comparable quality.
9. Force Majeure
Occurrences beyond our control, which may result in delays, cancellations, or alterations include but are not limited to:
- Harsh weather conditions
- Natural cataclysms
- Regulatory enactments
- Port shutdowns
- Vessel malfunction
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Your private data is processed following our Privacy Policy. By choosing our services, you consent to our data collection and usage as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual Property
The content on our website, such as text, visuals, trademarks, and images, is secured by intellectual property rights. Unauthorized production, dissemination, or creation of derivative works is prohibited without explicit consent.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are subject to the laws of United Kingdom. Any associated disputes shall be resolved within the courts of Southampton, United Kingdom.
